  • Developments in ADAS, infotainment, and the emergence of automotive 5G are driving up data rates and Ethernet is the de-facto technology to support automotive communications as they push up to 10 Gbps. However, as data-rates increase, it becomes increasingly important to ensure the quality, performance, and interoperability of the cables and components. OPEN Alliance, the global body for automotive Ethernet, specifies the electrical requirements and test procedures through specialist technical committees, and ensuring compliance with these standards using appropriate test instruments and fixtures is a critical step that a manufacturer must take before the product is released.

In this webinar, the following will be discussed:

    • Latest developments in automotive Ethernet
    • Updates to OPEN Alliance TC9 & TC15
    •  In-depth analysis of different MultiGigabit Test Modes
    • Automotive Ethernet testing techniques
    • Practical demonstration of 10GBASE-T1 PMA compliance testing
