         The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering & in association with IEEE Student Chapter - STB 17901 of Santhiram Engineering College was conducted an event "EKAM". The main purpose of this event is to improve soft skills of students . We have conducted Group Discussion, Interview, Presentation Oriented Program.
         In this event students have gained knowledge about how to perform in their Interviews, Group Discussions and Presentations. They have known about do's and don'ts in their Interviews. Few students got to know how to improve their communication skills.
        In this event, an activity on listening skills is also conducted by narrating a story to the students to test their ability. They have known the methods to follow in Problem solving in their professional life. The event is like an experience to the students before attending their Interviews.
