Biography:

Mr. Sharma has a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with L.L.B. (p). He has 9 years of rich experience in the field of Patents and has been guiding and managing patent portfolios for several national and international clients across various Jurisdictions. He also supervises Patent-Analytics projects, such as Freedom-to-operate Searches and Patent Landscapes, and helps clients in directing their IP strategies. Besides the above, he has conducted several IP training and education sessions for inventors and in-house counsels and has written several articles on nuances of Patent law.
