Nowadays with the advent of big data, deep learning provides a state-of-the-art solution to computer vision tasks. However, it exists few problems where the data is not abundant. Learning from limited examples still remain as a fundamental unsolved problem that has been laboriously explored in the machine learning community. This presentation focus on the application of deep learning in those few-data situations, namely few-shot learning.
