Virtual meeting: Q&A of the Region 6 Director-Elect nominees. Region 6 Opcomm voting members are strongly encouraged to attend.

Registration isn't required, but if you do then this event will added to your "My Events" list.

We expect the event to last an hour or slightly longer.

In the interest of time, we are asking that all questions for the nominees be presubmitted. You can presubmit questions for the nominees by sending them to Chris Gunning (cgunning@ieee.org) before Saturday.

Voting Process

▸You are selecting 2 candidates to appear on the IEEE Annual Election to run for the position of IEEE R6 Director-Elect 2023-24

▸Voting to select the candidates is open to members of the Region 6 OpComm (section chairs and Region 6 ExComm)

▸We’re using the single-transferable-vote method to select our candidates in one round of voting

▸Ballot is a Google Form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfKkIC1SBQ-SrvQAOH49OUxo26yBcoUJNKo6HASYYhs6R5DaQ/viewform?fbclid=IwAR3LyLf4BqkkhNdap3WXxnj0kNmR56-dAINrKhBIciKvkY1pfvZt3b4W2oQ

▸Use your IEEE credentials to access the ballot. If for some reason you can’t access the ballot, email your ranked choices to Elizabeth Johnston at lise.johnston@ieee.org .

▸Rank your candidates with 1 being your top choice and 5 being your last choice. Vote for at least your two top choices.

▸Deadline to vote is Sunday Feb 6 at 10pm Pacific Time.
