NJ COAST SECTION EXCOM / PLANNING MEETING January 20, 2022 **ONLINE**

All Section Officers and Chapter, Joint Chapter, and Affinity Chairs are requested to register and attend.  The focus of this meeting will be the reduction of ExCom business-type meetings in favor of brainstorming / networking meetings.

Chapter, Jt. Chapter, and Affinity Chairs are requested to submit their reports, in writing, by reply to this email no later than February 9, 2022. These reports should include any events from this year, both that have taken place or are in planning. If you have neither at this point, please send an email to that effect.

Please register so we have proper reporting figures. This is an online meeting.  

Please sign on by 5:55 PM so we can start the meeting promptly at 6 PM. Thank you.

All members of the NJ Coast section, and other persons having business with the section, are cordially invited to attend.

Agenda

Unless there is a need for a vote, there will be no quorum check. However, if there is a need for a vote, and there is no quorum, it will require another official ExCom meeting to hold the vote.

  1. Review and approval of October, November, and January minutes
  2. Reading of Chapter Reports. Chapter, Jt. Chapter, and Affinity Chairs are requested to submit their reports, in writing, by reply to this email no later than February 9, 2022.
  3. Welcoming of any members who have not previously attended a section meeting.
  4. Brainstorming on the idea for reducing business meetings in favor of brainstorming / networking meetings. We will need to figure out how this will work, who will take point, notifications, recruitment, and other items.
