Desirae Bryant is a Project Manager with Xcel Energy, managing automated device deployment on their Distribution system in support of the Advanced Grid program. She has 8 years of utility experience, in Gas, Electric Distribution, Supply Chain and Finance. She will speak to the process improvements she has made within the Advanced Grid program, improving team communication, stakeholder collaboration, and data tracking while meeting deployment goals. With her continual interest in technology, efficient process and continuous improvement the level of involvement is endless. Desirae is a registered PMP as well as a Sommelier, and participates in two leadership boards with the Women Energy Network and Women In Energy.
