vTools and OU Analytics training for new and seasoned volunteers.
Join us for this training session on March 12th. This session will be helpful to anyone who hasn’t received training on the IEEE tools yet, and to those who want to learn about NEW features.
The session will provide an introduction to the tools and go into some detail on a few of the key tools, including vTools Events, vTools eNotice, vTools Officer Reporting, vTools Voting, and IEEE OU Analytics.
Training will include:
- How to search, view, create, and publish vTools Events
- How to report technical meeting attendance
- How to use vTools eNotice to communicate with the members of your organizational unit
- How to report officer changes using vTools Officer Reporting
- How to use OU Analytics to find out who is in your organizational unit
- And much more
Training will be provided by Chris Gunning, Region 6 Information Management Co-Coordinator.
