Andy Willner, Managing Director of Caedence Consulting LLC, shares experiences of successful professionals who were asked, "What skills did you figure out in your first 2 years on the job that significantly contributed to your productivity and career development that you wish someone would have just told you about before you started?" The themes derived from their responses were crafted into an engaging presentation covering 3 high-impact skill areas not generally formally taught in college classrooms. Save the date, this is a must-see for students and early-career professionals. Experienced engineers might also pick up a tip or two, and can certainly enrich the discussion.
