The evolution of the 4G/5G communication networks created the requirement for compact, efficient, and reliable power supplies with faster output response speeds. In high-speed radio frequency (RF) communication applications, when supplied with a constant power source the radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) dissipates energy and results in poor system efficiency. In this talk, various efficient power supply architectures with fast varying output voltage will be presented.

The speaker is going to share his experience in the field of Power Electronics. Moreover, the potential academic and industrial career opportunities for the electrical engineering graduates will be discussed and followed by a Q&A session.
