Project Selection & its Pre -Feasibility
The Faculty of Engineering and Computing Sciences (FoE&CS), Teerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad has organized Technology-Based Entrepreneurship Development Program (TEDP) Sponsored by the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
The fourth day of TEDP was graced by the presence of Dr Madhushree (Solution Engineer at NVDIA) and Dr Patrick (Associate Professor and Joint Director at Osmania University, Hyderabad). The day commenced by the welcome address and introduction of the eminent speakers for the day by session moderator Dr. Priyank Singhal (Associate Professor, FOECS).
The convenor of this TEDP, Dr Pankaj Kumar Goswami conveys his best wishes to all the participants for the upcoming 144 sessions on various key attributes of entrepreneurship. He paid his gratitude to Co-convenor Dr Gulista Khan, Dr Garima Goswami, Coordinator Mr Pradeep Verma, Co-coordinator Dr Shubhendra Pratap Singh, Dr Zareen Farooq, Ms. Neha Anand , Dr Sonia Jayant, Mr Ajay Chakravarti, Ms. Shikha Gambhir and all the various committee members.
The program was ended with the vote of thanks and feedback session of the TEDP.

Dr Madhushree B of NVDIA
Artificial Intelligence
The first session was on the topic 'Artificial Intelligence'. The talk was effectively delivered by Dr Madhushree from NVDIA. She told about the evolution and history of AI in the beginning. The importance of AI in our daily lives has been focused upon by her. She discussed how our children can learn better with AI, how deep learning is transforming the world and how AI can accelerate the domain of Data Science. Various application areas of AI with recent examples were discussed by the speaker. The domain of AI is rapidly growing. AI has also started impacting the nature of jobs that will be available in the future, so students must be ready to learn those skills in the technology domain that will help them grab good jobs in future. She also discussed about the risks associated with AI. In the end of the session many questions from the participants were answered by Dr Madhushree. She also informed the audience about what all NVDIA is offering in the area of AI for the purpose of training and learning.
Biography:
Dr. Madhushree B is a Solution Engineer at NVIDIA and a NVIDIA DLI certified instructor. She received Bachelor's degree in Information Science And Engineering and Master's degree in Web Technology from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bengaluru. She completed her Ph.D. from Nirma University, Ahmedabad which was supported by Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Scheme for Electronics and IT, MeitY, Govt. of India with funding of worth 35+ Lakh rupees towards scholarship and hardware grant. Her research area includes Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Computer Vision. She has published her research work in premier conferences like NVIDIA GTC, San Jose, USA and ACM-W India Celebration of Women in Computing and journals including ACM Computing Surveys and Springer Multimedia Tools and Applications. She has teaching experience of 7+ years at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has delivered lectures on Deep Learning and has conducted hands-on workshops at various events.

Virtual interactions with innovative Entrepreneurs
The second session was on the topic - 'Virtual interactions with innovative Entrepreneurs'. The talk on this topic was delivered by Dr Patrick from Osmania University. He shared his rich experience with the participants in a very interactive way. He discussed about entrepreneurship and told that to be rich one should step up and be an entrepreneur. He focused that 21st century learner must know the aspects to learn, unlearn and relearn. Dr Patrick told that everyone must have PIL (Purpose in Life). Each individual must have his/her mission and vision clear for his/her life. One must invest on him/her by learning and acquiring skills. As an entrepreneur one must retrospect and introspect. He beautifully told the meaning and importance of IQ, EQ and AQ (Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient and Adverse Quotient). He suggested some very good books to read related to Leadership and Mindset. The three E's of leadership are - Environment, Equipping and Exposing. In the end he told that time is the currency of life so we must invest and utilize time wisely.
Biography:
- He has done his M.Com, MBA, Ph. D, Qualified NET in Commerce & Management. Finished Bachelor of Christian Studies from Serempore University, West Bengal.
- He is working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Commerce, Osmania University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University, Hyderabad - 7, Andhra Pradesh, since June 2007. In this tenure he served as Additional Controller of Examinations for the B.com course during 2009 to 2011.
- Now is serving as Joint Director, Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University and Vice Principal (Hostels) at University College of Commerce & Business Management.
- He has more than 22 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate level.
- Provided contents for Eight modules for MOOCCourses on Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills & Learning for the Online Refresher Course in “Skills for New Educational Architecture”, Skill Development At National Resource Centre, SantGadge Baba Amaravati University, Amaravati, Maharashtra under Annual Refresher Programme in Teaching (ARPIT) category through SWAYAM platform on 26-02-2019. - Regular resource person for Live Teleconference Programmes for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.
- Prior to this regular appointment in the University he has served as an Associate Professor at Badruka College Post Graduate Center, Kachiguda, Hyderabad for more than eight years.
- He also served for two years at Arba Minch University, Ethiopia, East Africa under the United Nations Development Project as a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business & Economics during 2003-2005.
- He is a corporate trainer and resource person at National Academy of Telecom and Financial Management, Gachibowli, Andhra Bank Staff College, Hyderabad, Osmania University Staff College, Center for Excellence (COE) of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Gachibowli, SICA, Prisons’ Department.

- His areas of interest are Accounting, Marketing, Strategic Management, Quantitative Techniques (Statistics & research Methodology) and soft skills.
