Over the past decades, the field of wireless communications has transformed the way we interact in a daily basis and has generated a connected society. Highly innovative advancements of information and communications technologies, mass mobile broadband access, and new device developments will allow for this transformation to continue.

Nsight (https://nsight.com/) is the parent company of Cellcom, Nsight Telservices, Nsight Tower and Glas. It is a major telecommunications company in the upper Midwest working to implement the latest advancement in wireless communications in Wisconsin and Michigan.

The IEEE Region 4 Section 27 (Northeastern Wisconsin) is proud to announce that our May 2022 event will be a tour to Nsight wireless communications facilities located in Green Bay, Wisconsin as per the details below.

Date/time: Thursday, May 5^th, 2022, 5 PM – 6:30 PM followed by dinner

Special note: This is a tour to an industrial environment. Therefore, closed toe shoes are required. Hard hats and safety glasses will be provided, if needed, but you may wear own personal protective gear if you prefer.

Dinner cost is $15*

*Dinner cost of $15 does not cover alcoholic beverages.

*IEEE Student Members dinner will be covered by the Section. Please bring your student member ID card.

Please register by the deadline and include your IEEE member # if you are an IEEE member.

The number of participants for this tour is limited due to space constraints. Thus, we request you to register only if you are sure to attend. Reservations will be first come, first served basis.
