Abstract:

It is easy to forget that digital innovation also often means cultural change. That is why it is important to encourage operations colleagues, aka end users, to become comfortable using new tech. This can include providing early access to advanced data solutions, and giving the team the space to collaborate and experiment with new technologies in Beta phase to provide their honest feedback on usability and fit for purpose. Join Samantha Mullin, Ray Manzanilla, and other RWE Renewables Americas colleagues as they discuss how RWE is redefining their digital project delivery capability through collaborative rollout with Site Operations.
