Toward the same RIT is hosting an International Conference on Intelligent Computing & Research Trends-2023 (ICRT'2023- http://icrt2023.myritroorkee.in/), technically co-sponsored by the IEEE UP Section, scheduled to be held on 3 & 4 Feb 2023, special invited renowned Researcher and Educationist Prof. Jurgis Porins, Dean Academics Faculty of Communication & Engineering, and Deputy Director, International Cooperation and Foreign Students Department Zane Purlora, RIGA Technical University, RIGA, Latvia has released the first official brochure of the ICRT-2023, at RIT Roorkee.

The eminent speaker is Prof. Jurgis Porins, Dean of Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, Riga Technical University (RTU), Riga Latvia. His major focus was on "Optical frequency comb generator based on a whispering gallery mode Micro-Resonator for Telecommunications System"
