BMSCE IEEE Computer Society - ExCom Meeting 13
The Executive Committee had the meeting for Girl Geeks Hack 2022. The meeting was held on the 22nd of April 2022 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, presided over by P G Supriya, Chairperson of BMSCE IEEE Computer Society.
The main agenda of the meeting was to decide the venues, and requisites and to list the logistics for the same. The menu of the food was chosen and the list of mentors was discussed for the event. The mentor invites were finalized. The event banner, tags, and cards for volunteers and the executive committee were designed. The goodie bags for mentors and dignitaries were decided and noted down. The permission letters were drafted for the smooth conduction of the event.
All 6 Executive Committee members attended the meeting. The meeting was concluded with its agenda fulfilled.
