HANDS ON TRAINING ON MATLAB AND SCILAB
The IEEE SB & AI&DS department organized a Hands on Training on MATLAB and SCILAB on 24 Nov 2021 & 25 Nov 2021 for all the students of Sri Sairam Engineering College.
The Chief Guest for the event was DR. S Sumathi & DR. Swagata Sarkar. Dr S Sumathi, has completed a Doctoral program in Bimodal Person Authentication using Multi Biometrics from Sathyabama University with 20+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and as well being researcher and Dr. Swagata Sarkar is Chapter Advisor of IEEE CIS Chapter currently working with the Research Group of Development of Surveillance Drone. and she consults two companies in India in the field of Lithium Battery and Solar Technology.
The chief guest deeply explained about MATLAB and SCILAB, gave a brief description of those software and their application in many areas.
Explained the difference between them also.
Overall it was an amazing webinar and very interesting to know about MATLAB & SCILAB. It would have benefited everyone.
