Mr. Mahendra Gupta of INurture Incubation Foundation-ABESEC

Mr. Mahendra Gupta started his discussion with “Atma Bal and why to analyze self power or self strength is important for us”. Then the speaker moved to the Idea of Entrepreneurship and give valuable insights of that. He introduced two students Nidhi Sharma & Amit as young entrepreneurs as they have started an e-commerce website named “Evilato” for clothing and accessories. Further, the speaker also interacted with the participants; he shared some images to draw the attention of participants for writing the stories by seeing the images. He covered the brain storming sessions and also laid down emphasis on Entrepreneurship with recent Technologies. At the end of the session he analyzed the stories by listening various stories of same scene by the participants. He analyzed that entrepreneurs always thinks about society before they think about their own. It was really an interactive session by the speaker as well as the participants and everyone involved learnt a lot.

Biography:

Mr. Mahendra Gupta has more than 16 years of experience in the field of Innovation &
Entrepreneurship. He has served in reputed institutions as a key player to setup Innovation &
Entrepreneurship eco-system including KIET, Ghaziabad.
His specialization in the domain of entrepreneurship allows to setup Technology Business
Incubator (TBI) and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Center (IEDC) supported by
Department of Science & Technology & MSME in past reputed organization. His experience
includes Entrepreneurship & Incubation eco- system development in the institution, university
and schools.
He has filed & published two patents for designing of innovative table for infants and plate
dispensing & counting machine. He received “Young Achiever Award” in the area of
Entrepreneurship Development from Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Association of
India in year 2016.
He is a “Certified Management Consultant” from DSIR, DST, Govt. of India and
“Accredited Entrepreneurial Motivational Trainer” by NIESBUD, Noida (An apex Institute
under the Ministry of Entrepreneurship & Skill Development, Govt. of India). He is also a
certified trainer in Kolb Training Methodology by International Finance Corporation (IFC-an
entity of World Bank) & NIESBUD, Govt. of India.
Currently, he is working as CEO of INurture Incubation Foundation-ABESEC, a not-for-profit
Technology Business Incubator, register under Sec.8. The INurture is supported by Ministry
of Electronics & IT, Govt. of India with cost of Rs. 1.70 Cr under TIDE 2.0.
He is also engaged with Department of Science & Technology and Ministry of MSME through
Entrepreneurship & Innovation mission activities.
