The IEEE SB & AI&DS department organized an event by Computational Intelligence Society conducted a webinar on LEADERSHIP on 10.12.2021 for the all the students of Sri Sairam Engineering College. M. Arun V (Asst. Prof Artificial Intelligence and Data science Society), welcomed the Chief Guest, Principal, HOD, and the student participants of this event. A brief introduction of the chief guest was delivered by Vibha V and welcomed the chief guest to start the webinar on the topic on LEADERSHIP.

The chief guest Balaji Rajendran, Founder & CEO Softrate India, Chennai, explained about leadership. He is an energetic person who delivers high energy key notes. Effective leaders focus on developing their emotional intelligence, Goode says. Leaders that work to refine this quality are more adaptive, resilient, and accepting of feedback from others. They are also effective listeners and open to change. He made us understand that a leader is a one set goals, prioritize goals, and take responsibility for accomplishing them. Also, take responsibility for falling short of your stated goals or making mistakes along the way.
