Red Dwarf stars are the smallest and emerging in the universe. The Red Dwarf events represent the formation and growth of our IEEE Rising Stars Conference. The 2023 IEEE Rising Stars Conference team will be hosting a series of monthly events to show you a glimpse of what we are preparing for the conference. We'll be sharing some professional development and technical content throughout this series, as well as some of the networking experience.

Biography:
Jessica Ceja has partnered with many skilled minds over the years to build a network that can help people find solutions to the often complex goal of investing in real estate. Her background in accounting and finance give her unique insight into how to protect clients with the important financial decision of buying and selling a home. She purchased her first property at the young age of 24, so she knows firsthand the importance of having a great REALTOR® during the daunting experience of buying a home. Her mission upon becoming a REALTOR® herself is to establish trust with her clients and ultimately create an amazing experience for them.
Outside of real estate, Jessica takes pride in giving back to the community. She has earned San Francisco’s Financial Woman of the Year award and Financial Executive International’s Rising Star award for her financial literacy initiatives in the Hayward community.
