Yoga for Humanity- International Yoga day Celebration 2022
On the very occasion of 8th International Yoga Day Celebration, IEEE WIE AG , UP Section has organised asanas practice program in association with Art of Living for youth and launch an essential series of 3 protocols of asanas , meditation and breathing practices.
Prana means breath (vital energy) while implies control. Attendees learnt techniques of how to achieve healthy mind, body, and greater states of awareness through Pranayama. Pranayam has numerous benefits like it boost immunity, improve mental resilience and bring a resemblance of peace and harmony. It has a very positive impact on the nervous system (ANS). It restores the elasticity of lungs and is helpful in asthmatic situations. When practised daily it induces meditative states and quietens the mind. It is beneficial in relieving hypertension and stress. It relaxes the mind and lowers stress and reduces tension and anxiety.
