How to get IEEE Thailand Section support for community-based activities
Biography:
Miss Khanita Duangchaemkarn received her Pharm.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Care from Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand, in 2009. She joined University of Phayao in 2009 and now pursuing her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Biomedical Engineering Institute, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University. Currently, she is a lecturer at Division of Pharmacy Practice, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Phayao, Phayao, Thailand and currently hold Assistant Dean position for internationalization and information technology affairs.
Her research specialization is in Biomedical Data Engineering and Processing, specifically artificial intelligence and machine learning in biomedical data and information, biomedical image and video processing for healthcare applications, and translational engineering in health and medicine.

Thanatip Chankong, Ph.D. of Chiang Mai University
IEEE Thailand Section SIGHT activities: past, present and future.
Biography:
Miss Thanatip Chankong received the B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from Chiang Mai University in 2003. She received M.Eng in Biomedical Engineering from Mahidol University in 2007 and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Chiang Mai University in 2014. She joined University of Phayao as a lecturer during 2014 to 2022. She joined Chiang Mai University in May 2022. Currently, she is a lecturer at Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. Her specializetion is in Machine Learning and Digital Image Processing.
She has experiences on Engineering Education in facilitating soft skill/scientific thinking skill development for students and youth in locals. She also has experience on Humanitarian Technology, implement appropriate technology to local wisdom.
