Visit to ABB High Power Rectifier Factory
Visit the assembly of rectifiers ranging from 5kA to 550kA, followed by a networking event.
About: The IEEE Young Professionals and affiliates are invited to visit the ABB High Power Rectifier Factory. ABB's High Power Rectifiers provide AC to DC power conversion, for industries such as green hydrogen, green steel and other industrial applications. These rectifiers range from 5kA to 550 kA as single or multiple rectifier systems.
Dress Code: Please note, long pants and closed shoes must be worn to visit the factory.
Post event: After a visit to the ABB Factory, the IEEE Young Professionals / Switzerland Section Affinity Group, invite you to an Apero to meet, network and get-to-know the other participants (ABB Professionals, IEEE Young Professionals, Student Members and others).
