Reducing Inertia in 3 phase electric motors
Electric motors are devices that convert electric energy to mechanical energy. The output is used to do real work hence it is rated in kilowatts. It is made up of a stationary and a rotary part. For starting of electric motor, a large effort is required to enable motion of the rotary part.
