Mehendi competition rules and regulations
● Participants can use only normal type of mehendi (no extra colours)
● Mehendi Cone will be provided by the Department.
● Only 60 minutes will be provided to the participants.
● The participants will not be allowed to refer to any printed material, phones etc. for preparing Mehendi.
● Mehendi must cover one hand and also must be covering on the dorsal side of the palm.
● Mehendi tattoo designs that mimic tattoo(stickers) are not eligible for entry.
● Participants can apply mehendi on their own hand or any other person's hand.
● Mehendi design should be portrayed on one hand till elbow.
Judging Criteria
50:50(for likes and creativity)
Neatness
Creativity
Design perfection
