The 2022 Wellness Event brings Dr. Jacob Mirsky (Harvard University) back for a presentation on "Lifestyle as Medicine", a functional movement segment with Stacie Barber, OTR/L (owner, Mindful Body Pilates), a breath meditation with Dr. Nancey Trevanian Tsai (MUSC), with light refreshments to follow.

Biography:

Dr. Jacob Mirsky is the Medical Director of the Division of General Internal Medicine Health Lifestyle Program at Mass General Hospital. He is the Assistant Course Director at Harvard Medical School’s Course in Mind Body Medicine. He has published on various topics in integrative health for which he has received multiple awards.

 

Stacie Barber, OTR/L of Mindful Body Pilates

Biography:

Stacie Barber OTR/L is the owner of The Mindful Body Pilates Studio, Licensed Occupational Therapist and Integrative Lifestyle coach.  She has extensive experience working in clinical and community settings. Her passion is improving quality of lives through movement, awareness, and integration.
