The purpose of this workshop is "to bring young researchers together to exchange ideas and to make friends in a wide range of fields". This is the first time for the event to be held as a relay project of the IEEE Transdisciplinary-Oriented Workshop for Emerging Researchers (TOWERS) held in Tokyo Section. Young researchers are invited to participate as presenters and others as audience members. Participation is free of charge.
