"Space on Wheels" Expo means it's a mobile bus in which satellites prototypes  launched by ISRO will be displayed to the students and there will be a resource person explaining it to the students.

The Technical-Talk is hosted by the speaker Dr.D.V.Ramana ISRO Scientist,Director of URSC.He gave the talk on Introduction to Data Communocation and Power Transmission between Soace and Earth.

Biography:

D.VenkataRamana, Outstanding Scientist and Deputy Director, Communication and Power Area. Holds an M.Tech Degree from NIT, Surathkal and Ph.D from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. Joined ISROSatellite Centre, Bangalore in 1983.   Involvedin the design and development of Space Communication Systems Power Systems and Navigaion Systems for various LEO and GEO Satellites.  Worked as team leader, Project manager, Deputy Project Director for IRS projects. Guiding many technological development activities for future requirements.Published more than seventy-five technical papers in National and International journals of repute.

  6. Best Indigenisation Award awarded to Communication Systems Group in appreciation of indigenization efforts to support spacecraft requirement, 2017.
  7. ISRO Team Excellance Award for High Performance NavIC enabled Satellite Positioning Systems (SPS) for Low Earth Orbit Missions- ISRO 2017.
