Want to do well in technical interviews? Tired of doing Leetcode or want to learn how to do them more efficiently? Feeling nervous about interviews fearing "what if you can't solve it?". If yes, then this workshop is for you! We will discuss some of the most commonly used patterns that come up in technical interviews and find a way to easily solve these problems without spending too much time thinking.

Patterns covered include sliding window, two-pointers, and others.

Agenda

1) Introduction to the workshop by Luna Dagci.

2) Explain the sliding window approach.

3) Explain the two-pointers approach.

4) Explain the fast and slow pointers approach.

5) Explain the merge intervals approach.

6) Conduct the "What Pattern is This?" activity - on Leetcode, read descriptions of questions, and based on the structure of the problem, participants will try to recognize what pattern this question might be. Do not plan on actually making people solve questions: If the workshop ends early (less than an hour), participants can try to solve problems together with the host, based on the patterns learned during the workshop.
