IEEE Vardhaman TryEngineering Summit 2022
IEEE Vardhaman College of Engineering is organizing the "IEEE Vardhaman TryEngineering Summit 2022" on 19th and 20th October 2022 focusing on the theme STEM, TryEngineering and TISP initiatives at Vardhaman College of Engineering and would be in respect to IEEE TryEngineering Week program 2022 and organized as part of IEEE Try Engineering Month.
The Project is planned in order to ensure Leadership traits that lead to better community, and enforce the membership development by its varsity of scheduled activities addressing the setbacks of students and student branches. The project directs towards membership development, retention, student branch synchronization and their operational management empowering subsections. The project drives for the student member to young professional transmission, utmost usage of IEEE resources and benefits. Teachers are a critical component in connecting students with STEM and these workshops are designed to assist educators in understanding how to best present STEM topics to their students. Teachers first gain an understanding of STEM principles and then become familiar with STEM focused lesson plans through hands-on activities. These workshops enable teachers to become more comfortable with the subject matter and discover fun and impactful ways of introducing STEM to their students. We have curated this summit in 2022 to engulf the objectives of our community and fulfill the mission and vision of the TISP Through Try Engineering Modules. The project aims to build the next generation leaders through driving the members of the section through a specialised leadership training program. The Project visions in building a Industry forum that connects industrial experts to serve the technical community helping them with advancing Tech Trends.

Seminar on Innovation and Skill Growth to Young Minds
The seminar comprises of Innovation is a journey. "Innovation" is one of the most frequent terms you will hear in a corporate environment. Nowadays, if a company wants to survive in the long run it is important to foster innovation. The host of new technologies are changing every industry driving us into a new era of business prosperity.
Biography:
Brig Pogula Ganesham, He was instrumental in developing a multi-role weapon platform “Windy” for the Army, which was displayed on the Republic Day Parade 2004. He also obtained the patent for this vehicle, which is the first patent of the Indian Army. He formed a voluntary group “Palle Srujana” with like minded friends to promote knowledge-based activity in unified Andhra Pradesh in 2005. They publish a bi-monthly “Palle Srujana” in Telugu for dissemination of grassroots creativity and traditional knowledge, since 2006. During Pandemic Palle Srujana conducted weekly webinars on grassroots Innovations since October 2020 uninterrupted. Over 100 innovators and and two hundred innovations.
