IEEE Day Celebration
IEEE NMAMIT STB 34551 celebrated IEEE Day on the 6th of October,2022. All the necessary planning and arrangements were made keeping in mind the spirit of IEEE and the significance of this day. The Chief Guest for the day Dr Annappa (Co-chair Students Activity Centre Bangalore section) paid his visit to the exhibition and appreciated the content. The event also thought us the significance of conducting awareness-oriented activities to increase the overall outreach of the student branch. Dr Annappa (Co-chair Students Activity Centre Bangalore section),Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar (Principal of NMAMIT Nitte and Senior Member, IEEE) and Mr. K Navaneeth(Chair IEEE NMAMIT STB 34551) were the dignitaries on the Dias. The program was compered by Mr. Sonal Shashikanth (Secretary, IEEE NMAMIT STB34551). Coming to the major event of the agenda, the Chief Guest delivered a presentation on the topic “Knowledge Enrichment and Professional growth through IEEE Membership.” of IEEE. The Execom of IEEE NMAMIT would like to acknowledge the support and guidance of Dr. K.V.S.S.S.S Sairam (HOD, ECE Dept, NMAMIT, Nitte and Senior Member IEEE NMAMIT, Nitte) and Dr. Prabha Niranjan (Professor at ECE Dept, NMAMIT, Nitte) pertaining to the conduction of the program.
