REMEMBER, REFLECT AND RESPOND: 33 YEARS AFTER THE MONTREAL MASSACRE

On behalf of the London IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE)Young Professional (YP) and IEEE UWO Student Branch we invite you to attend our upcoming event, "Break the Silence! Remember, reflect, and respond: 33 years after the Montreal Massacre” at Western University, London, ON. With this event, we commemorate the 14 brave women whose lives tragically ended on December 6, 1989, in the unfortunate École Polytechnique massacre. It also includes motivational talk by two prominent leadership coaches: Andy Thibodeau and Pauline Duncan-Thrasher and an enriching panel discussion consisting of 12 faculty members from various departments of Engineering.

Our goal is to bring together experts and bright minds with varied experience and conduct idea-focused discussion on a wide range of subjects that foster learning and inspiration to everyone and particularly promote more women engineers/scientists.
