360 deg. Mentoring: An Organic Fertilizer for your Career to Grow and Flourish

Just as plants do not always thrive on sowing, water, and sunlight alone, careers do not thrive on just education, skills, and a steady job. They also need to be “fertilized” to grow and flourish through the application of mentoring, one of their most powerful promotors. This presentation seeks to provide guidance on how, where, and why to find mentors.
