We will meet at the 21c Museum/Hotel located near downtown OKC, 900 West Main.   The 21c is situated in the former home of a Ford Motor Company assembly plant, which dates back more than a century and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.   21c Oklahoma City takes full advantage of the scale and openness of its historical setting (over 75,000 square feet).   Touring the museum is available both before and after the meeting.

The local restaurant, Mary Eddy's, will be providing a top shelf Fall/Winter full dinner buffet including choice of one soup, two
salads, two entrées, two sides, and two desserts.  A bar will be open for the one hour before the dinner (5:30-6:30 pm).

The program is to be announced later.  Given Tuesday is a work week-night, we plan to be done at or before 8:30 pm.

Current exhibits at the museum are the works of local artist, Virginia Sitzes, printmaker, muralist, and arts advocate.  Further, the art and sculpture works of Denise Duong and Gabriel Friedman are on display.  Finally, the feature presentation is "The SuperNatural," an eclectic display of dazzling art interpretations.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9TH AT NOON.

A refundable $5.00 fee is to be charged.  The $5 will be refunded with actual attendance to the event.

Agenda

Hundred Year Anniversary Helly Hansen short-sleeve polos ($50 value) will be given to officers of the Section, Branches, Chapters, Affiliates Groups along with Executive Committee members that attend the meeting.  The above statement includes Student Branches Counselors, and some Student Branch Officers and some Student Chapters chair members.  A few will be given as door prizes to IEEE members not otherwise eligible. The rest of the program is to be announced later.
