IEEE Day Carnival 2022
The IEEE Student Branch of Sri Sairam Engineering College and Sri Sairam Institute of Technology, Chennai
took great privilege in conducting IEEE day for honoring the volunteers which the first day was organized on
11th October 2022. The day started off with a welcome address by Dr.S.Brindha, Student Branch Counsellor of SEC, Welcome note by Dr.G.Saritha, followed by presidential address by the Principal & IEEE Madras Section Chairman Dr.K.Porkumaran, Special Address by Dr.K.Palanikumar, proceeded by the Inaugural Address from Dr G. Sainarayanan, Director of HCL Technologies and Dr Rakesh Kumar, the President & CEO of TCX Technology, held in the Sigma Auditorium, where in the
student’s gained insights on how IEEE, as a platform can help them aid in their mission to create a better
future. This, was followed by 5 technical and 3 non-technical events, showcasing the talents of the students in
various disciplines. After that, the All India Students and the Young Professionals Mr. Niranjan Kumar S/Panelists Speaker & Mr.Adithya Subramanian, Mohana Sri/ Ambassadors, Vineesh and team for The Winner of HTC Video contest were presented with
awards and acknowledgement of their achievements. Attendees of the All India Students Young
professionals Women in engineering Life members Congress (AISYWLC'22) who were also active
participated in all of the primary programs that were run, and acknowledgement
was given to the office holders of each society that was represented.
The IEEE DAY CARNIVAL was filled with lot of Technical and Non technical events such as TECHZAP, CRUD WITH QUERY, IMAGICA, PRATE, TECHNOPATH, BID&BUZZ, CHANNEL SURFING, BRAINS OUT
Followed by About the AISYWLC Experience shared by Mr. Adithya Subramanian. Then Mr.Niranjan Kumar S Shared his experience in AISYWLC'22, also gave awareness about IEEE Xtreme 16.0, Returning Mothers Conference, also he continued to Share about the event - IEEE Day Carnival 2022. At the conclusion of the event, those attendees who had performed very well in the contests
and the active volunteers who contributed significantly to the growth of both IEEE Student Branches to enormous success were appreciated, awarded that was IEEE day grinned warmly. The organisers of the event did all in their power to make sure that everything went off without a hitch and that the participants were happy with how they had performed. At the end of the
event, there was a short opportunity for participants to participate in an interactive session, and their responses were gathered at the end of the session. In order to provide further support for the next events, the insightful suggestions are emphasised here as well. At the event that was organised for the purpose of distributing awards to all of the competition's triumphant participants, each of them got the rewards that they had already earned in the competition. Totally 800+ participants were part of the IEEE Day Celebration Finally, the event came to end with the vote of thanks by Dr.G.Saritha.
