SEM Section ExCom Monthly Meeting & Dinner Celebration Event

The IEEE Southeastern Michigan Section Monthly ExCom (Executive Committee) Meeting (every 2nd Thursday of the month) same time 6:30 PM EST/EDT (A virtual link is available for those who cannot make it, but it is an In person meeting).

We will discuss Section mission objectives, guidance, direction, as well as all the chapter/affinity groups/student branches and section committee reports, events, plans, opportunities to assist each other and help create value for our members. All IEEE members are welcome to attend, but they must register. (food head count).

NOTE: We are planning a celebration as well, so when you register do indicate your food choices

6:30 PM - Assemble and meet, Brief Section update by Chair, Election Results by Section Committee
6:45 PM - Start of appetizers, punch and soft beverages
7:00 PM - Dinner, meeting to continue
8:15 PM - Hot beverages served, meeting to continue
8:30 PM - End of Dinner & meeting, Continue with networking

* Several vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers (hot as in not cold)
* Mediterranean Salad
* Dinner rolls, Saffron Rice, Pasta, Lemon Chicken, Falafel Croquettes (Chickpea), w/ Assortment of side vegetables
* Fruit Skewers, 1 Dessert and of course
* Piping hot Chai and Coffee
