2023 Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications (SYNCHROINFO)
The international scientific and engineering conference “Systems of Signal Synchronization, Generating and Processing in Telecommunications” has been held since 1974. For 50 years of work the conference has become a widely known forum for specialists of the field.
The papers which are discussed at the conference can be divided into the following chapters:
1) Synchronization Systems and Devices;
2) Signal Generating and Shaping Devices;
3) Signal Processing Devices.
4) Special chapter: “Problems of microwave electronics” named after V.A. Solntsev
5) Photonics and mathematics for moving objects
The chapters content is concerned with fundamental problems of signal synchronization, generating and processing in the field of communications, broadcasting, radar, radio guidance and radio control. The questions of the practical issues are also including.
The presentations are made by the scientists and developers from: Belarus, Azerbaijan, Germany, Kazakhstan, China, Lebanon, Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan ets.
Chair of Russia Section CAS Chapter, IEEE Senior member, Oleg Varlamov is a member of the Technical program committee and organizes the work of conference section “Signal Generating and Shaping Devices “. Chair of Russia Section ED/MTT/AES Joint Chapter, IEEE Senior member, Timofey Ya. Shevgunov is a member of the Technical program committee and organizes the work of conference section “Signal Processing Devices”. Svetlana Dymkova, Institute of Radio and Information Systems (IRIS), Member, IEEE, is a Publication Chair.
Chairman of the Steering Committee Alexander Pestryakov (Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics) in cooperation with Chair of Russia Section ED/MTT/AES Joint Chapter Timofey Shevgunov and Chair of Russia Section CAS Chapter Oleg Varlamov appoint the conference committee chairs and other key members.
