Cognitive AI has driven virtual assistant services throughout their existence. The presence and capabilities of virtual assistants are  increasing year after year. In fact, most of us have seen and used some of them, such as Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant. The underlying  AI technology of these devices is a combination of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, as well as the integration of different hardware devices. These assistants make it possible to  monitor, assist and improve the quality of life of users.
The real power of these cognitive assistants lies in their ability to  retrieve data and to do so in a conversational manner perfectly 
adapted to how we humans like to communicate, i.e. through voice,  gestures and body language.
