The Third IEEE 2023, annual conference of IEEE MP Section was organized in association with Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Bhilai in hybrid mode. The theme of the conference was Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communications and Sustainable Technologies. The inaugural program started with a welcome speech by Dr. P. B. Deshmukh, Director of SSTC, Bhilai. He greeted and appreciated everyone to be the part of our International Conference. Dr. Shimpy Ralhan, Branch Counselor IEEE Student Branch SSTC and Conference Head gave brief about the conference. She briefed about the conference received 200 papers out of which 60 paper were accepted for presentation under different tracks. Total 6 keynote session and 2 workshop were planned during conference. There were different tracks development and trends in Electrical, Computer Engineering, to promote foster Communication among researchers. On 5th January The conference inaugural took place. The inauguration was graced by Prof. Dr. In-Ho Ra (Professor, from School of Computer, Information and Communication Engineering Kunsan National University Gunsan, South Korea), Rathin Bhadra (National President Indian Startup Association),Dr. S. Thiruvenkadam (Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India),Dr. M Murugappan (Professor, Academic Editor - PLOS ONE & Associate Editor - JMIHI, IJASIS, IJCB of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Kuwait ),Dr. Vinayakumar Ravi (Professor, Academic Editor - PLOS ONE & Associate Editor - JMIHI, IJASIS, IJCB of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Kuwait,College of Science and Technology), Sir I. P. Mishra (Chairman,Shri Gangajali Education Society), Dr. P.B. Deshmukh (Director SSTC), Dr. Shimpy Ralhan, (Branch Counsellor IEEE SSTC), workshop speakers, and participants.
