An expert talk on "SMART GRID TECHNOLOGY & ITS FUTURE" by Prof. Asheesh Kumar Singh (MNNIT, PRAYAGRAJ) was  conducted by Department of Electrical Engineering, United College of Engineering and Research Prayagraj under the  umbrella of IEEE student branch (STB15147) on 31st January, 2023 at UCER D-block for BTech Students.

Dr. Sudhanshu Kanaujiya (Dean academics) welcomed speaker in the presence of HoDs of CS & EE departments including many faculty members. 
 
Prof. Singh also talked about the importance and role of different IEEE societies helpful in  Engineering.
 Ms. Pooja Sharma (EED) was master of ceremony. Dr. Swapnil Srivastava, Dean (P&D) has presented a momento to speaker. Mr Roshan Chitaranshi HoD (EED) has given vote of thanks. The event was coordinated by IEEE student branch Counselor Mr. Vineet Kumar Tiwari, EED,UCER.
