vTools and OU Analytics training for new and seasoned volunteers
Join us for this training session. This session will be helpful to anyone who hasn’t received training on the IEEE tools yet, and to those who want to learn about NEW features.
The session will provide an introduction to the tools and go into some detail on key tools that Section and Chapter Officers use the most including:
- How to search, view, create, and publish vTools Events
- How to report technical meeting attendance
- How to use vTools eNotice to communicate with the members of your organizational unit
- How to report officer changes using vTools Officer Reporting
Training will be provided by Marty Schulman, IEEE vTools Committee Chair Participants will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation. While there is good vTools training at: https://kb.ieee.org/vtools/, this interactive demonstration will provide valuable insight into how you can create, publicize and report events.
