We can indubitably say that photography is the universal language of our era, with the contrasts of the colors, sprawled across the pixels combining to create a beautiful scenery, all with just a click.

To honor this art, in this iteration of the ForBy Series, the IEEE Student Branch of Sri Sairam Institute of Technology hosted a virtual event on Saturday, 3rd December 2022, at 7:30pm, going over the basics of photography, revealing the details that go into each photo. The event started off with a welcome address from a fellow student member, following which Harish S, the IEEE CIS Webmaster took to the dais, presenting an immaculate, detailed presentation and explaining each concept in a manner that was easy-to-grasp. He went over concepts such as sensors, shutter speed, the components of a DSLR and other such details concerning the camera. The event continued for an hour, and at the end a Vote of Thanks was given by an IEEE Member, after which everyone bid adieu to one another.
