Dear IEEE fellow member,

It is proposed to organize an invited talk on “IEEE Activities in R10” on 13th June 2015 (15:00-16:00 hrs). He will be speaking broadly in the areas related to IEEE activities in particular to a) Increase member engagement. b) Improve relationships with and between members. c) Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness within MGA and its interfaces. d) Enhance collaboration with other organization units (MGA recognizes the intimate relationship between sections and societies and their chapters and will work with other organizational units of the IEEE to foster improved interaction).e) Increase the collaboration and cooperation between geographic units. f) Enhance the membership-related information available to the member and the geographic unit.

It is requested to kindly attend this meeting and get an opportunity to interact with him. Please send an e-mail to Sri TSN Murty, Secretary and Treasurer at surya_thummala@ieee.org about your participation along with your contact mobile number and IEEE Membership number before 17:00 hrs of 11th June 2015. We will be informing the venue (depends on number of volunteers) through e-mail and SMS. The Venue is likely with in a hotel within 2 KMs from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
