Cybersecurity in the Age of Conflicts

Dr. Jing-Chiou Liou received his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is currently an Associate Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the School of Computer Science and Technology at Kean University. Prior to joining Kean University, Dr. Liou had over 12 years of experience in software industry, including AT&T Bell Labs, IBM, and Lucent Technologies. He has authored or co-authored more than forty peer-reviewed journal and conference publications, two book chapters and one patent in computer authentication. His current research interests include Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Technology Management. He is a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Parallel Processing (TCPP).
