The University of South Florida College of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) will be hosting a Power and Energy Track Workshop where USF EE students, professors, industry, and the IEEE Florida West Coast Section PES/IAS will be on campus to discuss the following:
- The power and energy program at USF - undergraduate and graduate programs
- Student Employment
- Major Research Center/Lab (CERC and SPS Lab)
- Panel Discussion with Industry and IEEE PES/IAS:
How does energy transition influence each company's needs in talents?
What is the current deficiency?
In the power industry, what is the function of each business unit and how different for each job?
Co-op, internship programs
How to develop a fulfilling career?
