The main goal behind the trip was to bridge the gap between the industry and students, also to broaden the volunteers' horizons and show them different contrasting sides of the industry, from the world of drones to the world of gaming and game development.

The trip started at the Jordan Gaming Lab - King Hussein Business Park, where Instructor Hamzah Alqaisi talked about the impact and importance of game development in our day and age, and how it has been a booming and trending field in the past years. He also gave a brief introduction to the world of game development by explaining some theory like the difference between 2D and 3D games. To further emphasize the importance and widespread of game development opportunities in Jordan, the group also visited Maysalward, which is a Jordanian mobile-game studio, where the company employees shared their diverse backgrounds and how they started in the field of game development. Then the group headed to Sager Autonomous Robotics, which is a Jordanian modern high-tech enterprise where Engineer Kamal Alalul and Engineer Alaaldin Al-Khawajah from Sager Autonomous Robotics explained to the group how the company operates, gave the students useful career tips and pointers, also explained how drones are a tool that the company uses to collect data and then analyze it for different industry goals. They also showed the students the different types of drones used at the company and explained what each is used for and the differences between them. Then, sandwiches from ScoopLoop and different drinks were distributed and the members had lunch together and got to know each other more, the Webmaster Tala Alqam prepared ice breaker games which the members enjoyed while having lunch. Then the group headed to Al-Hussein Technical University where they visited different labs such as the H1 drone racing lab among others in the field of engineering. Then a team meeting was held for all the volunteers who took part in the trip where future direction was discussed and the group brainstormed ideas, the trip ended by distributing the IEEE merchandise to the members and another fun activity prepared by the core team.
