Inauguration of IEEE SREC SB Logo
The inauguration ceremony of IEEE Signal Processing society was held on 17th February 2023. The chief guests were Dr. Amit Kumar Chair IEEE R10 Student Chapter Committee, Dr.Lalitha Vadlamani chair IEEE Signal Processing Society IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. Y. V. Siva Reddy Chair Ananthapuramu Sub Section, Dr. V. Jayaprakasan Treasurer IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. M.A. Jabbar Secretary IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. Y. Vijayalatha SAC Advisor IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. Mousmi Ajay Chaurasia Chair CIS/ GRSS Joint Chapter IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. C. Harinatha Reddy Chair PES/ PELS/ IAS Joint Chapter IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr. Sudarsan Jayabalan Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr.M. V. Subramanyam Principal of SREC, Mr. M.Y.Veeresh Counsellor of Student branch Chapter.
The Inauguration was started with the welcome note to all the dignitaries, faculty and students by SREC IEEE Student Branch Chairperson Ms.Bindhu Pavalla. It was followed with classical dance by Ms.Surabhi of 3rd EEE. The dignitaries lighten the lamp on the stage. The branch counsellor of SREC IEEE Student Branch Mr.M.Y.Veeresh briefly introduced the Student Branch and the activities organized under IEEE Student branch. Dr.M.V.Subramanyam Principal of Santhiram Engineering College addressed the gathering and he briefed about various student chapters and its organized activities. He also explained about the benefits of professional membership.
All the dignitaries shared their amazing experience with IEEE. They shared their IEEE journey with all the students which was very inspiring to them. The delegates shared few benefits of joining IEEE.
The stuent branch logo was launched by Dr. Amit Kumar Chair IEEE R10 Student Chapter Committee. Then he appreciated the efforts in making the Student Branch Logo.
IEEE Robotics and Automation Society was launched by Dr. Sudarsan Jayabalan Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section. Mrs.Laxmi Chaitanya act as the advisor.After launching the approval letter was handed over to the advisor and chairperson of RAS by Dr. Sudarsan Jayabalan Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section.
The chair of IEEE Signal Processing society, IEEE Hyderabad Section Dr.Lalitha Vadlamani mam has joined us virtually for the inauguration ceremony.
IEEE Signal Processing Society was launched by Dr. Y. V. Siva Reddy Chair Ananthapuramu Sub Section. Dr.M.V.Subramanyam act as the advisor for Signal Processing Society at SREC IEEE Student Branch. After launching the approval letter was handed over to the advisor and chairperson of Signal Processing Society by Dr. Y. V. Siva Reddy Chair Ananthapuramu Sub Section.
Felicitated to all the delegates by our Principal Dr.M.V.Subramanyam and HODs of Various departments. The Inauguration ceremony came to an end with vote of thanks by Mr.M.Y.Veeresh Counsellor IEEE Student branch SREC. He thanked all the dignitaries for sparing their precious time and gracing the occasion by their presence. He also thanked the HoDs, Faculty, Staff and students to make the inauguration program a grand success. The inauguration function of IEEE Signal Processing Society concluded with National Anthem.
