Transport Protocols in Space Systems
A variety of protocols have been proposed or developed for reliable data transport in space Internet and similar network environments. This talk is intended to present a comprehensive and comparative summary of these protocols, focusing on the latest developments. The tutorial includes the following contents: (1) Classification of these protocols; (2) Discussions and comments on the design and operation methods of the protocols; and (3) Comparisons and comments on their main techniques and performance. The talk is to keep the community updated on the development of data transport technologies of the space Internet in an integrated form.
