Visit to Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition Center (VSSE), SAC, ISRO
On April 18th, 2023, IEEE BVM SB organized an exciting visit to the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition (VSSE), SAC ISRO, for its members. The event provided an incredible opportunity for attendees to experience cutting-edge space technology firsthand.
The visit began with two informative sessions on ISRO and satellites. The sessions included the different opportunities given by ISRO to the students, types of satellites and their applications and design. It proved to be quite useful for the budding engineering students to know more about these things.
The participants were then allowed to roam around the center and see the various exhibits being displayed there. Lastly a session was conducted on satellite launch vehicles (rockets). The session included the progress of the design of rockets from the beginning till now and the design of them.
