Biography:

Dr. Rubaiyat Islam is a Crypto-economist in the USA based decentralized Financial service company named “Sifchain Finance” where he has been working since 2021. He has expertise in modelling and simulation of the blockchain based decentralized system.

Dr. Rubaiyat has completed his Ph.D. from Department of Simulation Studies at University of Hyogo, Japan. He also has completed his Masters from Applied Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering at University of Dhaka. His research interests lie in the area of modeling and simulation Complex system, network science and its structural dynamics, big data analysis and machine learning on natural language processing(NLP) ranging from theory to design to implementation. He has keen interest on Business intelligence and computational economics. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of industry partners and renowned researchers, particularly in the field of image processing and robotics.

Dr. Rubaiyat has 10+ years experiences of customer-focused server-client based Telecom and IT management systems. He is Enthusiastic and self-starter with proven ability to manage system and successfully lead 5 big telecom projects serving in a total of 3000+ clients and 4 major system up-gradation projects in corporate branch offices.  

Dr. Rubaiyat enjoyed playing (poorly) and watching cricket, long driving, playing music, and enjoying good food and movie time with family. Now he usually manages to read one book a month.
