Divya Chhabaria

IEEE Education Week is a weeklong celebration of educational opportunities provided by IEEE and its many organisational units, societies and councils worldwide. IEEE Education Week is a great way to explore education programs and offerings from IEEE.

Biography:

Ms Divya Chhabaria is a Freelance Web Developer with experience in building custom web applications and websites. Prior to this, she was a software engineer at Gateway Group of Companies where her responsibilities included developing web applications focusing on technologies such as Reactjs and Nodejs along with providing DevOps services. She completed her bachelor's in 2021 in Computer Engineering from the A.D. Patel Institute of Technology. 

Apart from her professional work, She has been one of the most active IEEE Volunteers for the last 5 years as a result of which she is currently volunteering for the IEEE R10 YP Committee as Student to Young Professionals (SYP) Coordinator and Social Media Manager for IEEE R10 Information Management Committee. Furthermore, She is also serving as the Vice-chair (Student to Young Professional transition) of the IEEE Education Society YP and  Adhoc Committee. 

Ms Divya’s contributions and achievements earned her a spot in IEEE MGA VOLT Program where only 30-40 volunteers are selected globally. In addition to this, she has also been the winner of the IEEE R10 REVOL Program where she was re-awarded with one year of free IEEE Professional Membership. Recently, she was conferred with IEEE Outstanding Wie Volunteer Award from IEEE Gujarat Section.
